Minister for London Been on Tube Again

First, Junior Business Minister Shriti Vadera saw some green shoots of recovery, then Margaret Beckett urged people to snap up bargains as she saw signs of an upturn in the property market.

Now, Employment Minister and Minister for London, Tony McNulty has been talking about the big increase in unemployment. He told the press that he sees light at the end of the tunnel. Sorry Tony, that's a train coming the other way.

That's a very interesting post. Beckett is a liar when she says there are green shoots in the property market. I take it that she, like me, takes up-market publications like Money Week - which has correctly pointed out for 20 months now the parlous state of the property market. And while I'm at it - the Sutton Guardian should be taken to the cleaners for allowing junior reports to report bollocks such as "Time to buy now" and "Prices are falling now 1st time buyers can get on the ladder".

As irresponsible as Blair in my opinon. And that bastard should be tried for treason.
